The Tauras RPC Active Trigger Reset

This design revolves around a super safety style trigger reset with a built in housing reinforcement and ANTI OVER travel stoppers which houses the Super Safety inside for a tight fit

Installs with ALL OEM PARTS some minor mods! NO TUNING REQUIRED AT ALL!!

first push your locking pins to remove the upper from the lower

you will now grab your lower to start , remove your safety selector ( there is a tiny roll pin push it out with a small punch and  hammer ) pin will fall inside the lower turn lower upside down over a table and shake untell pin falls out ( KEEP THIS PIN)

set it a side it will not be used for this application ( selector and pin )

your able to remove your upper locking pins 2x these can be tapped with a punch these are just a wire style detent holding them in normally the front one comes right out and the rear needs tapped out with a punch

you can now remove your steel internal frame from your polymer housing by lifting from the rear upwards

now install the handle jig this is a jig for you to drill a tiny 3.5-4mm hole inside your frame for the detent to run ( this in no way affects the frame and your OEM taurus handle has oem hole for the detent spring to go into ) ( hole is hidden same as a ar15 detent hole behind the grip )

installing the handle jig is easy just put the screw in make sure it is tight and then drill in the front hole ( video will show exactly how to do this )

you will then grab your steel frame and proceed

remove trigger and place it in the SS cutting jig ( you will round the left side just like a normal ss and cut the right side VARY SIMPLE video will be given showing how to do so )

there is a steel rear block in the rear that is square you will remove this ( screw driver works well for this do not over bend just enough to remove the rear steel block from the steel block housing frame ) ( the front bar will get cut off ( pictures will be given and video explaining it all soon )) this allows for the new ss lever to travel rearward for trigger reset assist

from here you will now start the installation process

a internal brace/ss lever centering guide is given this will be installed under the steel plate you removed right next to the selector hole and aligns with the selector hole ( this housing puts the ss tight and close to the trigger for a solid reset every time) 

next you will put your steel reinforcement block back inside your steel frame assembly ( but before you do this remove the detent from inside the lower right hand side this is done with a small punch pushing the roll pin from the exterior inside it will drop right out (PLACE FINGER ON DETENT AS TO NOT ALLOW IT TO SPRING OUT) its under vary little pressure but to ensure you do not loose it please use your finger or a towel over it to contain when it comes out )

you may now install your detent inside the ss centering reinforcement given and install the steel frame into your polymer lower

installing the steel into the polymer is done by clipping in the front of the steel frame into the polymer housing this is done by sliding it in the front at an angle then pushing the rear down if your front holes Arnt lining up when pushing down this means your clips Arnt in correctly in the front retry

you may now install your super safety and lever inside your lower

now install the handle jig this is a jig for you to drill a tiny 3mm hole inside your frame for the detent to run ( this in no way affects the frame and your OEM taurus handle has oem hole for the detent spring to go into )

installing the jig is as easy as the handle just put the screw in make sure it is tight and then drill

now remove the handle jig replace it with your oem handle with the ar15 style detent spring inside the right side of your handle ( there’s a left and right hole do not put it in the right side ) you may now tighten the handle

install your locking pins in the lower and you now have completed the lower assembly

 

 

installing the trip inside the upper

you will push down on your rear plastic spring housing which unlocks it from the upper then push it directly out the rear (first time doing this can be a little difficult)

remove the spring

push your charging handle to the rear releasing the bolt

push bolt to the rear so there is room to install the trip to the bolt 

trip will slide in easy ( video will show full install )

push your bolt back into battery ( pushing the charging handle forward help as its stiff and can be hard to press the bolt in when its rearward )

install recoil spring and press up to lock in

 

 

 

now install your upper onto your lower and you are good to go NO TUNING NEEDED ( we how ever do run suppressed so we have the 110 degree insert for the roller delay in our bolt ( both inserts are given with the rpc when you buy it if you wish to change it before installing the trip take the bolt out all the way and swap the roller delay )
